Richard Jones
Richard is a Planning Director at Williams Racing and is responsible for the F1 car programme and project management, as well as enabling rapid turnaround of upgrades and managing the availability of race team parts. He has built the team and developed a new way of working.
Stephen Carver
Considered one of the top lecturers at Europe’s MBA Business Schools, Stephen Carver has a reputation for taking complex management concepts and being able to distil them down into highly informative and fast-moving lectures. He encompasses the attitude “if you haven’t done it, you shouldn’t be teaching it!”.
A leader in the field of P3, Martin is currently Head of PMO for the Government of Montserrat, the winner of the APM PMO of the Year award 2020. He is responsible for the delivery of the country’s ambitious portfolio of transformational change, including national infrastructure development.
Michelle Ward
Responsible for delivery of the Unified PMO Programme across Corporate Services at DEFRA, Michelle Ward uses her experience in leadership, strategy, thinking, and business change to facilitate successful delivery supporting smarter ways of working.
Scott has extensive experience working in a number of PMO and Change Management leadership roles across various central and local government organisations, playing a key part in helping them deliver their strategic transformation objectives.
Amy Morley
Amy is the Project Management Office (PMO) Director at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, the UK’s largest infrastructure programme, constructing a new high speed railway linking up London, the Midlands, the North and Scotland.
Liz Bohler
Liz is an experienced Portfolio Director with a proven track record of leading diverse teams in portfolios delivering high-risk change projects in both private and public sectors.
