Lubos will be supported by the following members of his team in the workshop:

Ľuboš Práznovský has been involved in IT development focused projects for more than 15 years. He completed his studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in Bratislava, Slovakia and this is where his professional career started.

His first two years saw him in roles such as a Bank Software Tester, Test Automation Engineer and Test Manager. During this time, he built an understanding of IT systems development, architecture, integration and the basics of project management practices. Three years later, he started leading testing departments and delivering software quality assurance services for two of the the biggest banks in Czech and Slovakia; Slovenská and Česká sporiteľňa. This gave him a broader perspective in leading people, coordinating multiple projects and experience with ever-changing priorities and stakeholder management.

Ľuboš has spent 11 years in management positions for Tatra Banka which is a member of Raiffeisen Bank International. Tatra Banka is the third biggest bank in Slovakia, with more than 3600 employees. During his first five years here, he led system testing and distribution channel development departments. As an internal vendor and project management client, he could see how it worked and evolved over time.

Since 2012, Ľuboš has immersed himself into the world of projects and portfolios. As Head of the Project Management department in the best digital bank in Middle and Eastern Europe, he got the chance to shape and influence the way the PMO is organised and delivers business outcomes to the organisation. He has lead the corporate PMO with 15 FTE, 20 concurrently running projects with yearly budgets circa 15 million Euros, working with the whole company in the project management area.
