About Speaker:

Tim Jaques is the founder and CEO of Teaming Worldwide, a project management and training organisation. For more than twenty years, Tim has been leading large-scale transformation projects and teams around the world. Teaming Worldwide delivers expert project management services to large-scale, one-off, complex projects and programs; as well as transformational training experiences to prepare project managers and teams for the projects of tomorrow.

He is an explorer, thinker, speaker, and writer on the topics of project management, organizational change, culture, and human performance. Tim’s core capabilities include project and program management, performance improvement, execution and operations, organisational change management, IT transformation, and business strategy. Tim also serves on numerous boards and is currently the Global Director of Special Interest Groups for the International Project Management Association.

Tim is co-author of two books on project management, co-author of the IPMA Individual Competence Baseline, version 4, as well as hundreds of articles and presentations.
